  • The request is received within 30 calendar days of the original purchase.
  • Server-recorded course completion is below 80%.
  • The learner has not submitted the final instructor-review or knowledge-test-endorsement request and no course completion credential has been issued.
  • The purchase was made directly from The Pilot Method and has not already been refunded, charged back, transferred, or obtained through fraud or material account sharing.

How to request it

  1. Email fly@pilotmethodaviation.com from the purchasing account and include the order email plus a brief request for a refund. Do not email card numbers or government identifiers.
  2. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. The Pilot Method will initiate an approved refund within five business days; the payment provider or bank may require additional processing time.
  3. A completed refund revokes the paid course entitlement. The order and refund records remain available as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
