A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the named purchaser's personal educational use.
Not permitted
Access is not a resale or copying license.
- Share, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, publish, upload, broadcast, or redistribute the course or any substantial portion of it.
- Share an account, credential, signed link, downloaded file, assessment bank, transcript, audio track, visual, model, or private course route.
- Scrape, systematically extract, record, reproduce, or use the course to build a dataset, model, question bank, course, guide, or competing product.
- Remove or conceal a copyright notice, trademark, attribution, source boundary, version identifier, purchaser identifier, watermark, or access control.
- Circumvent access controls, impersonate another learner, fabricate progress, or use another person's course record.
What remains yours
Your own notes and learning
You may learn from the course, make reasonable personal notes, and use the knowledge you gain. The license restricts copying and distribution of protected course expression; it does not claim ownership of aviation facts, laws, ideas, methods, or your independently created work.
